Tata Steel Chess - Second Round

Welcome back! The second round is being played right now, with many interesting games in progress. I will upload a short video from the playing hall, to make you feel like you are a part of this event, even if you are not here. Please excuse my filming skills and my camera, but I hope you will be able to make an idea about how it looks like:)
We are going to enter through the same door as all the Grandmasters do before their games:





And a few more pictures: in the C-Group, the ladies are playing against each other today. Usually, in the previous editions, the women players had a tough time: not so easy to play against strong men and a long tournament. But for Kateryna and Tania things are going well so far!

Today's derby between Anand and Kramnik ended in
a quick draw.

By the time I am writing this article,
Erwin made already a draw against Ruslan;
not so bad, having the Black colour:)
